Responsibilities Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels in Greece. Assist clients with inquiries related to our services and resolve any issues they may encounter. Offer detailed information on products, service options, and company policies. Document each interaction to maintain detailed records for quality assurance. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational processes and improve customer satisfaction. Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to deliver informed support. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in services. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Ability to handle and resolve challenging customer situations effectively. Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage. Willingness to adapt to new environments and cultures as well as embrace relocation. Strong team player with the capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
