Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general customer support. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure high satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with products and services to assist customers effectively. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience. Participate in training to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills. Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Relevant experience in customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria; relocation costs fully covered by the company.
