Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce a position for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Automotive Company in Greece. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing exceptional service. In this role, you will communicate with clients in Spanish, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products and services, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and maintenance information via phone, email, and chat in Spanish. Assist customers with vehicle purchases, service appointments, and issue resolution, ensuring outstanding customer care. Provide clear and accurate information regarding warranties, recalls, and financing options. Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with sales and service teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall experience. Stay informed about automotive trends, new models, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek and/or English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Competence in multitasking and managing various customer inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
