In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products, ensuring they receive world-class service in Spanish. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized customer service and assistance regarding luxury goods via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish. Guide customers in selecting products, understanding features, and navigating the purchasing process. Handle inquiries related to order status, delivery, and returns with meticulous attention to detail. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about luxury fashion trends, product offerings, and promotional events. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek and/or English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, especially within the luxury goods or retail sector. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with customers emotionally. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is advantageous. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
