Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Streaming Media company, with the option to work in Greece. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about media and technology and are committed to providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for assisting Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries related to streaming services, subscriptions, and technical support. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries about streaming content, subscription plans, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Spanish. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to streaming devices and platform access. Provide clear and efficient guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience. Stay updated with product offerings, streaming trends, and relevant technology updates. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in media, entertainment, or technology sectors. Strong communication skills and ability to handle technical inquiries with patience and clarity. Ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with streaming platforms and CRM software is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Relocation to Greece is necessary for this position.
