Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish. Provide detailed support and guidance on technical issues, account management, and service inquiries. Assist customers with troubleshooting and product feature explanations. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to resolve customer issues. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide current information to customers. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology sector. Strong communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Ability to handle technical inquiries and provide accurate information.
