As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating tech solutions and addressing inquiries in Spanish, ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to tech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish. Provide assistance with account setup, technical support, and product features. Educate customers about new technologies, updates, and best practices in using tech solutions. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of complex issues. Stay informed about industry trends and the company’s offerings to enhance customer assistance. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech industry, is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with technological applications and a knack for learning new software quickly. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
