Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Utilities industry, specifically located in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to assist clients with their utility service needs in Spanish. As a representative, you will provide vital assistance to customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to utility services, including billing, service connections, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Spanish. Provide detailed information on available utility plans, payment options, and service offerings. Assist customers with account updates, payment processes, and resolving issues or complaints. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance service quality. Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies to provide accurate information to clients. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek or English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the utilities sector. Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
