Key Responsibilities Offer exceptional cybersecurity customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related issues efficiently. Advise customers on cybersecurity best practices and the effective use of security products. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity challenges. Keep updated with the latest trends, threats, and solutions in the cybersecurity field. Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer support or cybersecurity roles is preferred. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
