As a part of the team, you will provide top-tier customer support to Spanish-speaking users, helping them enjoy a seamless streaming experience. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in Spanish, handling inquiries about subscriptions, streaming content, technical support, and account management. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and fostering customer loyalty. Resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and improve service offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided. Stay up-to-date with new platform features and content to assist customers effectively. Fluent Spanish speaking and writing skills are mandatory; additional language skills are a plus. Previous experience in customer service or related fields, preferably within the online streaming or entertainment sectors. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to relocate to Greece with the support provided by the company. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software. Flexible availability to cover different shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
