Contribute proactively to team knowledge bases, FAQ documents, and internal support guides to improve the overall efficiency of the consumer electronics support operation. Consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs including customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution rates, and average handling times within a fast-paced consumer electronics environment. Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Spanish. Valid EU passport is mandatory. A strong interest in consumer electronics, smart home technology, robotics, or related technical fields is highly desirable. Previous experience in a customer support, technical helpdesk, or consumer electronics service environment is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
