In this position, you will provide expert assistance to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring smooth and efficient payment processes while delivering outstanding customer service. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Assist Spanish-speaking customers with payment-related inquiries. Resolve issues related to payment processing promptly and effectively. Guide clients through payment platforms and provide clear instructions. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback. Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve payment solutions and customer satisfaction. Exceptional fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required. Experience in customer support, preferably within FinTech or payment services, is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with technology and various software applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to relocate and live in Greece, embracing the local culture.
