Monitor player feedback trends and relay actionable insights to the product and development teams to help improve the overall gaming experience for Spanish-speaking communities. Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations and company policies when handling sensitive player information and account data. Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential for this role, as you will be communicating exclusively with Spanish-speaking players on a daily basis.
