The Role As a Spanish-Speaking Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you’ll take ownership of your own caseload and guide clients from intake through settlement. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact while working closely with a Pre-Litigation Attorney to move cases forward strategically and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where organization, communication, and proactive thinking make a real impact. What You’ll Do Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution Track key deadlines, including statutes of limitation and claim requirements Open and manage insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Gather and organize medical records, evidence, and case documentation Monitor client treatment progress to support case value and outcomes Review incoming mail and ensure timely follow-up or escalation Prepare demand packages for attorney review and case valuation Lead negotiations with insurance carriers Draft disbursement statements and close cases accurately in the system Maintain detailed, organized documentation of all case activity Act as the central coordinator, keeping attorneys and team members informed Requirements Must-Haves High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) Spanish fluency (written and verbal) Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing detail Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through Nice-to-Haves Experience in personal injury or legal case management Familiarity with case management systems or legal workflows Experience working with insurance claims or negotiations Benefits & Perks Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) and paid parental leave Pet insurance discount program Flexible schedule built around core hours (Monday - Friday) Supportive, team-oriented in-office environment If you’re ready to take ownership of your work, guide clients through meaningful pre-litigation cases, and grow your legal career—we’d love to hear from you.
