Mercier Consultancy Group is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join a dynamic team in Bulgaria. This role offers paid relocation, enabling you to start an exciting new chapter in your career while immersing yourself in Bulgarian culture. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through the rental process and ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities: Assist Spanish-speaking customers with reservations, inquiries, and rental procedures through various communication channels. Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Conduct vehicle inspections and inform clients about rental policies and vehicle features. Collaborate with team members to maintain vehicle availability and optimize customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with current offers and promotions to provide tailored advice to clients. Qualifications: Fluent Spanish language skills (verbal and written) are required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service or the car rental sector is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computer systems and rental management tools. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with provided relocation assistance. Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
