Mercier Consultancy Group is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join a dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role includes fully paid relocation, making it an excellent chance to advance your career while experiencing a vibrant new culture. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through the car rental process with professionalism and friendliness. Responsibilities: Assist Spanish-speaking customers with rental vehicle bookings, inquiries, and support. Facilitate smooth rental operations including vehicle check-in and check-out procedures. Ensure all rental agreements and documentation are accurate and compliant. Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams to guarantee the availability and quality of rental vehicles. Deliver excellent customer service and problem resolution to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements: Fluent Spanish language skills; English proficiency is advantageous. Experience in customer service or car rental industry preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment. Computer literacy and familiarity with rental software systems. Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided.
