Spanish-Speaking Sales Assistant Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Client Compensation: ₱50,000 - ₱65,000 / month Description We are seeking a proactive and organized Spanish-speaking Sales Assistant to support our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist with lead generation, client communication, administrative tasks, and social media management, helping to ensure smooth operations and strong engagement with clients, realtors, and partners. Key Responsibilities Assist in lead generation and manage lead contact information, including adding and organizing contacts in CRM systems. Manage calendar and scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups. Conduct cold and warm calls to realtors for business partnerships and recruitment of new loan officers. Respond to client, realtor, and partner messages via email, text, and social media channels. Create and post marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and other promotional content. Update and maintain lead/contact tracker lists. Upload and organize client documents in company systems such as Encompass. Send and follow up on LinkedIn invitations and professional outreach. Support basic content creation, including content calendars, graphics, and forms. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills. Experience with CRM management, data entry, and scheduling. Basic knowledge of social media management and marketing content creation. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable making calls and following up with clients and partners.
