Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Spanish-speaking clients to identify their needs and business objectives. Develop and present customized solutions that effectively address client challenges. Act as a trusted advisor by providing expert insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions and ongoing client support. Deliver client training sessions to maximize product utilization and benefits. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to offer valuable guidance during client engagements. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn about new technologies and tools. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
