We handpick unique holiday homes and make it easy, inspiring, and safe for hosts and guests to share and experience them. Since 2021, we’ve grown to around 100 employees based in Aarhus and collaborate daily with hosts, guests, and partners from all over the world. What will you be doing? As a Guest & Host Care Assistant, you’ll be an important support for our Guest & Host Care team. You help ensure that both guests and hosts feel guided and well taken care of — even when things get busy. You won’t be responsible for end-to-end case handling, but you’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations by supporting the team and ensuring smooth handovers. Your tasks will include, among other things: Responding to inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy Handling daily assigned tasks in a structured and timely manner Preparing and handing over more complex cases to Guest & Host Care Experts with relevant context and information Continuously sharing observations and input that can improve the user experience on the platform and our internal workflows Contributing ideas and suggestions on how we can further improve our processes and platform for hosts, guests, and partners Collaboration and team You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team where we support each other and learn together: Supporting the team’s daily routines and contributing to effective workflows Actively contributing to a positive atmosphere, strong collaboration, and high energy in everyday work Valuing feedback highly — both giving and receiving — as part of your personal development Culture and development At Landfolk, we see our student assistants as an important part of the community: You actively participate in team meetings and workshops You prepare for and take part in 1:1 meetings with your team manager You approach the role with curiosity, a desire to learn, and motivation to develop We’re looking for someone who: Is service-minded, approachable, and communicates well with different people Works in a structured way and takes responsibility for their tasks Thrives in an international and dynamic environment Is eager to learn and grow within customer care and support Speaks and writes Spanish and English (other languages are a plus, but not required) Communicates with empathy, both verbally and in writing Is a student and can work a relevant number of hours alongside their studies Why choose Landfolk?
