In this role, you will provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking users, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they have the best possible experience while using the platform. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and assistance to Spanish-speaking customers using the online search engine via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve user inquiries regarding search functionalities, account settings, and troubleshooting issues. Educate users on platform features and best practices to enhance their experience. Document customer interactions and feedback to inform product improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and escalate issues as necessary. Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to provide accurate support. Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred. Experience in customer support or technical support roles is an advantage. Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset and a customer-first approach. Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and work under pressure. Familiarity with online platforms and technology, particularly with search engines, is a plus.
