Based in the beautiful surroundings of Greece, this role provides an exciting opportunity to assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries and concerns regarding automotive products and services. Your Role As a Spanish Speaking Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clientele. You'll be at the forefront of engaging with customers, addressing their questions, and ensuring a smooth experience with our automotive offerings. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries in Spanish through phone, email, and chat channels. Provide information about automotive products, services, and technical support. Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Ensure that you remain updated on product knowledge and relevant policies to inform customers accurately. Fluency in Spanish (oral and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the automotive sector.
