This role combines your technical knowledge with sales expertise to provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients. Your Responsibilities Provide outstanding technical and sales support to Spanish-speaking customers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist clients in understanding product features and capabilities to drive sales. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical solutions, and sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience. Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product developments and sales strategies. Fluent Spanish speaking and writing skills are essential. Strong technical aptitude combined with sales skills. Experience in technical support and/or tech sales is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to work and relocate to Greece. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in technology and sales.
