In this role, you will provide professional and efficient customer service to Spanish-speaking clients within the transportation sector, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients concerning transportation services and inquiries. Assist customers with bookings, scheduling, and issue resolution through various communication methods. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM platforms. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless and effective transportation operations. Stay informed about current transportation policies, products, and procedures to provide accurate guidance to customers. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery processes. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; good command of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and transportation industry software is beneficial.
