Provide grades and narrative assessments for each class within one week of block end (high school) and report on student progress as appropriate in elementary grades. Support diverse learning styles and maintain effective classroom management across all age groups. Provide general supervision of students during and outside of class time. Communicate in a timely and professional manner with students, parents, and colleagues. Collaborate weekly with Student Support to address and support student academic needs. Attend weekly all-school faculty meetings (Thursdays after school). Attend weekly High School Faculty and Special Subject Faculty meetings as appropriate. Participate in parent-teacher conferences (fall and spring) and attend parent meetings when requested. Participate in all-school events and activities.
