POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Spanish Teacher / Tutor to lead an after-school Spanish Club at a primary school near Camberley. This role provides the opportunity to inspire children through language learning, helping them develop confidence, communication skills, and a love of Spanish in a fun and supportive environment.
The club runs for 30 minutes per week, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, 12:30pm – 1:00pm, giving children a weekly opportunity to practice Spanish and build their language skills.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Experience teaching or leading Spanish language sessions for children.
• Ability to engage and motivate children in a structured, fun, and creative way.
• Strong communication skills in English (and Spanish if possible) for interacting with children, parents, and school staff.
• A background in language education is highly desirable.

• Lead and supervise children during Spanish language activities in a safe and engaging environment.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate sessions that develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Encourage confidence, participation, and enthusiasm for learning Spanish.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff about children’s progress.
• Ensure the learning space is safe, organized, and ready for use.
