The Trainee Manager will receive comprehensive training in various aspects, such as customer satisfaction, sales targets and profitability goals whilst managing staff effectively . The right candidate will be responsible for assisting with the overall managing of the store and to lead and motivate your team to ensure the financial success of the business. The Trainee Manager will also train and develop the team to a high performing standard.
