WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Demonstrated experience in a parts or warehouse coordinator role, ideally within a service-oriented industry
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret technical manuals and parts information
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with technicians and customers
  • Sound inventory management and stock control skills
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Forklift licence and experience in operating warehouse equipment
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve parts availability and logistics issues

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Life Fitness Australia Pty Ltd in Mulgrave, Victoria. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for coordinating the efficient storage and distribution of our spare parts inventory to support our fitness equipment service and maintenance operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the spare parts warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders
  • Interpret and translate technical parts information to assist field technicians and customers with parts identification and ordering
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement processes to ensure stock control and replenishment
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of critical spare parts
  • Support the implementation of new warehouse management systems and technologies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations and parts distribution
