Daimler Trucks Newcastle are seeking a service driven and committed Parts Interpreter to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As the face of our department, you will be responsible for tending to customer queries, interpreting and identifying light and heavy vehicle parts, processing orders and transactions, and coordinating the delivery of our parts with suppliers.

• Provide timely and expert parts advice to customers and workshop, face to face and over the phone
• Accurately interpret all parts manuals and catalogues
• Process orders, handle transactions and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Actively collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the parts departments
• Oversee parts inventory and ensure availability of stock
• Pick packing of orders and assisting with dispatch and receivables
