You'll work across new and used vehicle departments, supporting retail and service clients, and helping deliver tailored solutions and technical support that make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across counter, phone, and email inquiries
• Accurately identify parts using supplier systems and catalogues
• Source, quote, and supply parts with a strong focus on urgency and accuracy
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless parts support
• Keep inventory well-organized, controlled, and accounted for
• Maintain product knowledge on the latest vehicle technologies and parts
• Ensure all stock is correctly received, stored, and displayed
• Contribute to a safe and clean warehouse and showroom environment

You’ll bring:

• Experience in a similar automotive or equipment parts interpretation role
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
• Effective communication (both verbal and written)
• Time management skills that help you stay ahead in a fast-paced environment
• Full manual driver’s license
• Forklift license (desirable)
• Experience with Auto IT “Equip” or similar DMS (highly regarded)
