Responsibilities

ROLE DETAILS:

Based on-site full-time in Essendon Fields, As Spare Parts & Customer Service Coordinator and you will maintain and assist with improvements of the business’ system (ServiceMax) to ensure the effective allocation of resources and spare parts to work orders and customer sales orders. You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all customer requests for queries, sales orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner for all sales streams within the business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Support inventory management by identifying and resolving issues.
  • Keep inventory records accurate by checking stock transfers and cycle counts.
  • Investigate and report any stock discrepancies.
  • Raising of Purchase orders, including parts and services to customers through SAP
  • Data entry into a business-specific program (such as Servicemax, LGX, SAP)
  • Customer Service: Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships. Ensure the swift resolution of customer issues and complaints. Increase and maximise all sales opportunities through a high level of customer service.
