• Strong technical knowledge of equipment spares, BOMs, and parts diagrams.
• Experience with Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., Maximo) and spares planning tools.
• Excellent organizational skills; proficient in Excel and project tracking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage suppliers on technical topics, lead times, and costs.

• Analyze and catalog spare parts using engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Support MRO strategy: sourcing, cross-referencing, and managing spare parts and crib storage.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Indirect Materials teams.
• Use CAD, Excel, and file-sharing tools for documentation and reporting.
• Exercise independent judgment and manage cross-functional communication to drive MRO process improvements.
