Ensure cycle counting, physical inventories, and inventory accuracy targets are met. Parts Lifecycle, Quality, and Obsolescence Manage parts lifecycle from introduction through end-of-life (EOL), including substitutions, supersessions, and engineering change impacts. Coordinate with Engineering/Manufacturing/Quality on part updates, compatibility, traceability, and quality holds. Lead obsolescence management plans, including last-time buys, alternative sourcing, and controlled inventory drawdown.
