Your tasks

• Supervising the storage activities in the spare parts warehouse (internal /external locations) and improving current processes;
• Supporting the warehouse team with operational tasks and with the interaction with other departments;
• Operates and ensures the optimal operation of the transport equipment, knows and respects regulations in force in the field of handling elevators between shelves, pallet trucks and forklifts.
• Performing operational activity in the goods reception and goods issue;
• Responsible for quality of the inputs in the SAP material database. (inventory stock records, good received and good issue, history, consumption of consignments and suppliers, minimum stock).
• Unloads, identifies and receives supplies, new and repaired spare parts in SAP, checks it against the system.
• Responsible for inventory management.

Your profile

• SAP Knowledge
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• basic English language knowledge
• Previous experience in logistics
• ISCIR authorization (valid)
• High-school studies, University degree represents a plus
