ACE Performance Parts is seeking a motivated and reliable Spare Parts Assistant to join our growing team. The role is hands-on, supporting both warehouse and sales functions, with responsibilities ranging from stock handling and deliveries to assisting customers with performance spare parts requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in automotive spare parts, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in automotive spare parts (performance or OEM).
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual warehouse duties.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Manage stock levels, ensure accurate records, and maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Prepare and pack orders for local and international customers.
  • Sales & Customer Support
  • Assist customers with performance spare parts enquiries (phone, email, in-person).
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with suppliers when required.
  • Deliveries & Logistics
  • Carry out local deliveries to customers and partners across the UAE.
  • Support customs clearance procedures and liaise with freight partners.
  • Assist with export documentation and compliance as needed.
