About the Role As Spare Parts Specialist, you will manage end-to-end parts operations across the dealer and service network, ensuring efficient order-to-invoice flows, accurate parts identification, and strong collaboration with logistics and planning teams. Your work will directly support service levels and customer satisfaction in Sweden. Key Objectives & Responsibilities Own order-to-invoice operations for the parts network. Support dealers in placing, managing, and tracking parts orders. Manage and coordinate order-related claims. Support the network in identifying correct parts, accessories, and products. Collaborate closely with Customer Care and other internal departments to maximize satisfaction. Coordinate with parts, logistics, and planning teams in Europe and China. Support management with analysis and reporting. Contribute to ad-hoc operational activities as needed. Required Qualifications & Competencies Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories, related products). Bachelor’s degree in technical/engineering/management or similar. 5+ years in a similar role within automotive/e-mobility importer or OEM. Strong organizational skills; culturally aware; proactive problem solver. Fluent Sweden and English. High attention to detail; strong time management and accuracy. Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills. Valid driving license.
