Description
Location: We have 1 opening in each of the following locations: * Melbourne, VIC (Laverton Area) * Brisbane, QLD (Yatala Area) Job Descriptions: * Responding to spare parts enquiries and providing exceptional customer service * Building strong client relationships and driving customer value & support * Preparing quotes and coordinating deliveries & returns * Proactively connect with customers to increase parts sales and service value * Responsible for stock control, including accuracy & safe storage & quality check * Provide a Safe Work environment, understanding the importance of good House Keeping * Picking & packing together with Loading / Unloading trucks * Moderate lifting capacity of 10-20kg for yard work duties * Operate Counterbalance Forklift and other equipment  * Respond to Internal & External emails and other correspondence on various levels * Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of working experience with spare parts/automotive/heavy equipment  * Ability to be flexible and work autonomously based on the requirements of business * A proactive, sales-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service * Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships * High attention to detail and organisational skills * Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook in particular) * A willingness to learn – product training will be provided * Proven experience in both customer service & hands-on logistics tasks * Forklift License with a minimum of 2 years’ experience (valid HRWL is a MUST) * Operates as a Team player and adds to the Team Culture  * Exposure to SAP (is preferred and an advantage) * Reliability and an “On Time” culture is essential * Strong record keeping ability * Valid Drivers Licence is a MUST
