REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of spare parts management experience in the automotive industry, preferably with hands-on exposure to the German market.
  • Experience in warehouse management or cross-border supply chain coordination; prior collaboration with German automotive suppliers is a plus.
  • Native-level German and fluent English for contract negotiations, technical documentation review, and cross-functional communication.
  • Proficiency in spare parts inventory tools (e.g., WMS, ERP modules) and data analysis skills to drive inventory optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop annual/quarterly spare parts procurement and inventory plans (covering engine components, chassis parts, electrical systems, etc.) based on German market sales data, aftersales demand, and regional stock levels to meet dealership and service center needs.
  • Monitor German automotive spare parts standards (e.g., DIN norms), review technical specifications and packaging requirements, and ensure compliance with EU regulations (e.g., CE certification) for imported/locally sourced parts to mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Lead the formulation of spare parts procurement strategies for the European market, optimize supplier networks, and secure stable supply of critical components.
  • Oversee commercial contract execution, supplier performance evaluation, and delivery cycle management to improve fulfillment rates and provide timely updates on backorders.
  • Monitor regional inventory levels, enhance turnover efficiency, reduce obsolete stock, and ensure optimal capital utilization.
  • Analyze market demand fluctuations and adjust inventory strategies to address urgent repair requirements.
  • Gather market feedback, analyze competitor trends, and support product localization with data-driven insights.
