Responsibilities

AS A SPARE PARTS TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Owning the management of Assets (aka Service BOM) after the machine installation, ensuring the application of the as-running changes to the internal digital twin.
  • Contributing to the resolution of Asset Loopback cases, i.e. defects reported by the wider Company on the Asset, reducing Cost of Quality and ensuring timely and precise Spare Parts List for maintenance activities.
  • Managing the attribution of the spare parts to be supplied for each maintenance activity type, for a wide range of turbomachines’ technologies.
  • Performing deep and proactive data analytics, exploration and reporting to executive levels, supporting business decisions
  • Partnering with SALT Leaders to increase customer competitiveness of the quotation and loopback technical and quality improvements into the Asset.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold an Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred: Mechanical, Energetic, Aerospace, Mechatronics).
  • Possess an excellent capability to read and understand technical engineering drawings.
  • Have knowledge of the main spare parts composing turbomachines, their conceptual functioning and their impact/need on maintenance activities.
  • Have demonstrable experience coding development in Python and/or Microsoft Power Platform (by order: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Share Point).
  • Have experience in Spare Parts management (e.g. Asset creation, Asset update, SPIR execution), although not essential
  • Be knowledge of the typical maintenance activities of turbomachines and their executio
