The Aftersales Department at AXTech is responsible for a wide range of tasks following the completion of major project deliveries. These tasks include, but are not limited to, Installation & Commissioning, Modifications (Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic), Operational Support, Operator Training, Service Level Agreements, and Spare Part deliveries. With significant growth and increase in client inquiries for the Aftermarket segment in recent years, we are now seeking a Spare part coordinator to play a key role in driving continued growth and success in the years to come.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A technical background or education in engineering is a plus, since the role involves obtaining prices for technical parts and components and ensuring quality and accuracy in delivery control. Experience with spare parts coordination and material management is an advantage, or other relevant experience from companies in our industry. You need to have good written and oral communication skills in English and be able to work efficient in ERP and CRM systems.
The Aftersales team has experienced significant growth in revenue in recent years and there are periods with a lot of work and busy days. In a workday filled with high tempo and shifting priorities, it’s essential that you work in a structured manner and keep a cool head under pressure. When things slow down, you take the initiative to identify what’s needed to support the team and ensure that we deliver as a whole.
