Responsibilities
  • Handling spares and parts orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Managing inboxes and responding to queries within agreed timeframes
  • Advising customers on product availability, pricing, and technical issues
  • Supporting our complaint, returns, and collections processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams and maintaining clear records
  • Running and sharing weekly reports
  • Supporting ongoing projects with the Technical Product Specialist
