The Role

We are looking for energetic, caring, and motivated Trainees, Certificate III and Diploma Educators to join our team across our nursery, toddler, and kindergarten rooms. You will:

• Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences guided by the EYLF and VEYLDF.
• Create calm, nurturing environments that spark imagination and build independence.
• Build warm, authentic relationships with children, families, and team members.

What You Will Bring (The Essentials)

• Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) OR
• Willingness to enrol in a Certificate III Traineeship.
• National Child Safety Training (Gecko) – Child Safety & Understanding and Identifying Child Abuse and Neglect.
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check (or VIT registration).
• Australian Working Rights with Australian-recognised qualifications.
• A warm, communicative approach and a genuine passion for early childhood learning!
