Job Summary Supports the activities related to the maintenance, and support towards successful application administration and end-user success. Provides technical expertise and support to ensure an application's reliability, functionality and value in the district. What you will do Supports the product throughout its lifecycle by participating in planning sessions, testing of releases/enhancements and implementation of releases/enhancements. Review and analyze system settings, configuration and business rules to resolve technical issues. Following standards, procedures and processes, configure and/or create reports, fields, modules and other functionality for the assigned product(s). Work with the analyst and product manager to review application roadmap, trends and organizational needs. Help develop a strategy to resolve issues, implement changes and/or improve end-user experience. Monitor system performance and trends. Make technical recommendations for improvement towards product stability and increased performance. Respond to and resolve end-user inquiries and support incidents. Support and manage security and access control protocols and business rules. As the subject matter expert for the assigned product(s), ensure effective documentation by advising the Training team on content specifics. As the subject matter expert for the assigned product(s), collaborate with the product manager and support the training team to ensure effective documentation, training resources and as needed, participate in specialized training. Experience Qualifications 2 years in a technical support role Required Skills and Abilities Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers and stakeholders Collaborate with cross functional teams Follow and execute technical documentation and instructions Licenses and Certifications Relevant IT industry Upon Hire Required Equivalency Starting At: $26.25 Salaries are determined by factors relevant to the position which may include education, experience, and other qualifications. Final compensation decisions are made at the discretion of MNPS in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The stated salary range for certificated teaching positions is calculated based on 201 days and should be viewed as a reference. All provided salary ranges serve as a general guideline.
