WHAT YOU’LL DO * Academy Performance - Assist in the planning and implementation of goal setting by integrating current education and special education best practices * Compliance - Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards as well as state and federal regulatory requirements * Supervision - Supervise, manage, and evaluate education staff at all Hope Academy locations, conducting monthly check-in visits to ensure student progress and compliance * External Communication - Communicate effectively and regularly with faculty, staff, parents and students and document in accordance with Hope’s policies and procedures * Other responsibilities as assigned.
