Salary range: $55,000-$75,000 (197 duty days) Benefits: full benefit options including medical, vision, disability, HSA, FSA, 403b and free dental, as well as 96 hours of PTO Location: Shoreview, Minnesota What You’ll Do: Provide leadership and oversight to high-needs, center-based classrooms on the Shoreview Campus Direct student programming and supervise due process paperwork Actively coach and supervise teachers in behavior management Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver behavioral and academic/functional programming Support students with significant cognitive disabilities in accessing education in the least restrictive environment A partner and visible presences for students, staff, and families What You’ll Bring: Current Minnesota teaching license 5 or more years working in Special Education including working with students with autism and developmental cognitive (DCD) delays Preferred: BCBA certification, experience with STAR, Attainments or other curriculum that addresses functional skills Experience with augmentative communication (AAC) devices Experience as an instructional coach/mentor for special education teachers Why Join Us?
