Schedule: Full Time (Monday - Friday)
QUALIFICATIONS:
*
Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Preferred)
*
Required: California Clear/Preliminary Resource Specialist Teaching Credential (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe)
*
Recent and relevant professional development in teaching and learning
*
Proficiency in using the Welligent system for case management and data tracking
*
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
*
Excellent organizational and time management skills
*
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
*
Reliable transportation

Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs) for students with learning disabilities and other severe challenges.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized support plans
*
Provide push-in support services within the general education classroom to facilitate student learning and inclusion
*
Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and instruction.
*
Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders about student progress.
*
Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes using the Welligent system
*
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs.
*
Performs related tasks as required.
