A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support the learning and development of elementary students within a dynamic school environment. This role is a contract position for the upcoming school year and is based in Eden Prairie, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of students with disabilities
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive learning atmosphere
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide regular communication to parents and administrators
• Foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages student growth and confidence

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license with certification in Special Education
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting
• Strong understanding of state and federal special education regulations
• Ability to design and deliver instruction that meets diverse learning needs
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
