OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. A background in early childhood education or experience working with children with autism is highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE

  • A degree in Special Education or a related field is required; certification in special education is preferred.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children or in a private school setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with deaf education and library services can enhance the learning experience for students.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with children on the autism spectrum, utilizing appropriate strategies and interventions.
  • Knowledge of Montessori methods or early childhood education principles is advantageous.
  • Strong proofreading skills are essential for developing clear educational materials and documentation.
