This role involves working with middle and high school students who require learning and emotional support. We are looking for a Special Education Teacher who is a dedicated professional with a desire to create a supportive and trauma-informed educational environment. Special Education Teacher Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Special Education Teacher may include: Teaching or co-teaching classes for students with diverse learning needs. Managing resource room support to provide individualized and small-group instruction. Serving as an IEP case manager, which includes developing, implementing, and monitoring student plans. Collaborating with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success. Special Education Teacher Benefits & Compensation: Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience. Exceptional health, dental, and vision coverage. Certification at the secondary level is preferred.
