Kids Time therapies is dedicated to providing high-quality early intervention services to children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders. Our multidisciplinary team uses evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in a nurturing, inclusive environment to support each child’s unique needs.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our early intervention team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and ABA principles, and a passion for working with young children ages 0–3.

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate, individualized lesson plans aligned with ABA strategies.
• Deliver direct instruction and behavioral interventions in home, clinic, or classroom settings.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), speech therapists, OTs, and families.
• Develop and maintain IEPs and monitor student progress toward goals.
• Conduct ongoing assessments using standardized tools and curriculum-based measures.
• Provide parent training and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and supervision sessions.
