The role involves creating individualized education plans and working closely with teachers and parents to ensure holistic student development. Key Responsibilities: · Identify students requiring special support and conduct assessments. · Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). · Provide one-on-one and group intervention sessions. · Work with class teachers to integrate inclusive practices. · Counsel parents and update them on student progress. · Maintain documentation, assessments, and learning goals. · Support behavioural and emotional development of students.
